REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with MAD Golf. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. Please read our Shipping Policy for any questions related to these topics.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at madgolfllc@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving your order. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
If you provide an insufficient or incorrect address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once an updated address is provided.
Unclaimed shipments returned to us will also require reshipment costs to be covered by the customer. Unclaimed items not resolved within 30 days may be donated to charity.
Returns and Exchanges
Because every product is made especially for you, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons other than damaged, defective, or misprinted items. Please check sizing charts or information carefully before placing an order. This information is available in the product description.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
