Welcome to MAD Golf! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MAD Golf LLC. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, products, and services (the “Services”). MAD Golf is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. Please read them carefully before using our website. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted by MAD Golf.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, supply issues, or errors in pricing or description.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Billing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, customs, or import duties unless clearly noted.
- U.S. Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied automatically to orders shipping to U.S. states where required by law.
- International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country. These costs are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful, and shipped by third-party carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
6. Refunds and Returns
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy, which aligns with our production partner Printful’s rules. Please review that policy carefully before placing an order.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website — including our designs, logos, graphics, photographs, text, and overall brand presentation — is the property of MAD Golf LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content, products, or branding without prior written permission from MAD Golf LLC.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Services may include tools or links operated by third parties (such as Shopify or Printful). We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or services.
9. Relationship with Shopify and Printful
MAD Golf is powered by Shopify and uses Printful for order fulfillment. However, all sales are made directly between you and MAD Golf LLC. Shopify and Printful are not parties to your transaction and are not responsible for your purchases.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MAD Golf LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or delays.
Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAD Golf LLC, our partners, affiliates, and service providers (including Shopify and Printful) from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Carolina.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
